Welcome to Rèseau Chauffeured Service. By booking our services, visiting our website, or contacting us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability.

• Advance bookings are recommended to secure vehicle and chauffeur availability.

• Reservations can be made by phone at (610) 936-2215 or via email at reserve@reseaulimo.com.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment may be required at the time of booking or prior to the start of service.

• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during booking.

• Any additional charges incurred during service (extra stops, waiting time, tolls, etc.) will be added to the final invoice.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Sedan and SUV Services:
  Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur a fee.
  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a full charge.

• Specialty Vehicles and Group Services:
  Require at least 72 hours notice for cancellation to avoid charges.

• No-shows:
  Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location will result in a full charge.

4. Service Delays and Liability

• While we strive to provide timely service, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, mechanical failure, road closures).

• Rèseau Chauffeured Service is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from service delays or cancellations.

5. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers are expected to behave responsibly during the ride.

• Smoking, illegal activities, or abusive behavior toward drivers will not be tolerated.

• Any damage to the vehicle caused by passenger misconduct will be charged to the client.

6. Luggage and Personal Items

• We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or forgotten items left in the vehicle.

• Please check your belongings before exiting the vehicle.

7. Use of Vehicles

• Vehicles provided are for the sole purpose of transporting passengers from point A to point B as agreed upon during the booking.

• Any unauthorized changes to the itinerary may incur additional charges.

8. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your personal information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
